We do our best to highlight energy efficient homes on PropertyGuys.com by displaying our Energy Efficient Certified tag on listings of homes which have submitted a copy of their energy efficiency certification.

We don't limit certification to a single system. We will display the tag for any property which has certification from a recognized Canadian issuing body which states that the home is energy efficient.

Examples of certifications may include LEED, EnerGuide or any other Canadian federal, provincial or municipally managed certification program.
