To make an offer you must visit the listing page for the property you wish to make an offer for.

Once you've selected a listing, scroll down the page. On the right hand menu there is a box titled Do Stuff. Click on the icon labeled 'Make An Offer'.

Carefully read and follow the instructions on the Create Offer page to make a non-binding offer to the seller.
