We're looking for someone to get the word out.

PropertyGuys.com has an opening for a Lead Generator to let home sellers know that we can help them avoid paying commission. You'll identify, initiate and nurture the contacts that you make at the door, over the phone or through email. You'll be tasked to enter all pertinent information into our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

While some of your time might be spent reaching new prospects, a lot of your time will be spent talking with people that are already selling but may be unfamiliar with our services. These people make ideal prospects for our system.

You'll need great verbal skills. We'll help you with the message. You must also be able to actively listen and hear what the prospect is really saying. Thinking quick on your feet wouldn't hurt either.

You can't be afraid of technology and must be comfortable with a computer.
