YOU STILL NEED TO "WORK" IT BUT IT IS ALL UP TO YOU.....KNOW YOUR MARKET, MAKE SURE YOUR YOUR HOME SHOWS WELL, HAVE THE OPEN HOUSES, BE HONEST AND USE THE TOOLS PROPERTY GUYS GIVE YOU AND YOU WILL SELL YOUR HOUSE! I DID WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE MLS LISTING AT MY OPEN HOUSE...IT IS EXCITING WHEN YOU DO THIS ON YOUR OWN..NO-ONE KNOWS YOUR HOME BETTER THEN YOU DO...I LOVED THE EXPERIENCE!

What a great easy way to sell our house. I will never use a real estate agent again. The people who viewed our house seemed to enjoy being shown around the house by us, the owners. We were able to sit down with perspective buyers and talk face to face. When you think about it agents do very little. It was a fun and enjoyable experience and would recomend the Property Guys to any one.
