After living in Scotland we found the idea of using a real estate broker strange as they didn't know anything about our house, its history and real condition. My experience with PropertyGuys.com was incredible!!! On the market for only 7 days and I already had 3 good offers on the table!! I ended up accepting an offer for full asking price from a private buyer. This translated to a savings of $18,000 for my wife and I.
I believe this kind of outcome was a testament to the marketing and promotion that was put together for me by John. John's involvement in the sale of my house was invaluable. From the pictures to the listing description or just the general support through the more stressful times during the process, John worked harder for me than I could ever see a real estate agent doing. Yes, there is a fee for the services but to say it was worth every penny would be an understatement. And it was obviously only a small fraction of what an agent would have charged me for a fraction of the effort or support.
John also helped me gear up for open house by getting me promotional signs and feature sheets. When the day of the open house arrived we literally had people waiting outside for the 1:00 start. The turnout was incredible!! It was a rainy, cold day and we still had over 30 people come through our house.
If there was one thing that surprised me about this process was how quickly everything happened. I never expected to have my house sold in a week!! The response from day one of the listing was ridiculous!!! I couldn't answer the phone or return emails quick enough. All of my reservations about selling privately were abolished the day my listing went up.
This is definitely the route I will take if I choose to sell my next property. And I will definitely be telling anyone who is looking to sell that this should be there only option to consider. I basically just put $18,000 in my pocket. Why wouldn't anyone else want to do the same?

Listing through PropertyGuys.com was amazingly simple and quick. The process is very intuitive. The online tool facilitates the negotiation process extremely well and your lawyers translate the agreement into legal-ease. To top it all off Ken and his team are always close-by and very eager to guide you should you have any questions.

Absolutely great!! Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The photos were critical to the sale as was the dead-on description written by our private sale associate, John. The whole process was so easy we would do it again (and pay ourselves instead of an agent!). We would highly recommend this process for sellers who are serious about selling.

I felt so bad telling everyone it was already sold!
It was easier than we thought in that we were able to work around our own schedule – it was nice to be able to see the buyers myself and personally answer any questions – I would like that as a buyer myself.
I was surprised by the number of realtors that contacted me – I was told numerous times that this was next to impossible and that most buyers’ agents would not be interested in working with me. Clearly this isn’t true!
I can’t wait to see the SOLD sign on our lawn so everyone who didn’t think we could do this will see that we did!
