I don't know if I'm sending this to the correct department, if not, I hope you will be kind enough to pass it on to where it needs to go. I'm writing to tell you that we couldn't be more pleased with the exceptional service and attention we received from your local franchise owner Todd Klingbyle. Todd guided and gave us more assistance and advice in our first two meetings than we received in 18 months with our previous agent who had our listing for the past 14 months. The photo spread he has put on our web page is better than any professional photos previously taken (and we've had many). Todd spent close to 5 hours with us just for the photo session, not only taking dozens of shots but bracketing each shot to produce the optimal exposure. The subsequent hours spent with these shots, using his own software produced a photo show that no Windsor Agent can match. His advice in rearranging furniture and accessories will go a long way in the sale of our home. Thank you and whoever in your operation gave us the opportunity to have access to this man. I was not fully prepared for the response by using the PropertyGuys.com. My house sold within two weeks! I was impressed with how easy it was and I got more for my house than I would have with a real estate agent.

Todd presented as someone who loves to work with people, even on bad days. He always made us feel that he had our best interest at heart. One of Todd's most important characteristics was that he went the extra mile. He was always straight forward with us. We felt Todd was a professional we could trust and build a relationship with and assist us with one of the biggest investments of our life.
Our relationship was enhanced by prompt and effective communication. This professionalism also helped allay the nervousness and apprehension of leaving behind a bit of our history.
