PropertyGuys.com Top Performers Honoured in Niagara Falls, ON

Moncton, NB – October 26, 2011 - PropertyGuys.com Inc. Halifax, NS takes home "Franchise of the Year" Revvy Award

PropertyGuys.com, Canada's largest private sale marketing company topped off its annual three-day franchise conference at the Sheraton on the Falls in Niagara Falls, Ontario, by awarding its coveted Revvy Awards to the system's top performers.

"PropertyGuys.com has had an incredible year so far," says Ken LeBlanc, President and CEO. "We reached record milestones that were only achieved as a result of the hard work and dedication of all our franchisees. The Conference was a celebration of our collective achievements and the Revvy Awards allow us to acknowledge specific individuals and teams that stand out each year."

For many participants, the "Revvy Awards Gala" is the highlight of the conference. The top award, "Franchise of the Year", is handed out to the best of the best in the system. The selection process includes listing and revenue results, plus the enthusiasm that a franchise team demonstrates every day for our program, that results in a positive and successful customer experience. In addition to several other recognition awards, a group of nine franchise locations were awarded the new designation of Z-Elite Club member in acknowledgement of being at the top of the charts across several key metrics.

This year the team in Halifax, Nova Scotia, led by franchisee Shannon Gavin took home top honors as the "Franchise of the Year". This the first time this location has received this prestigious award. "The theme of this year's conference was focused on building our core competencies and no one demonstrates this more consistently and passionately than Shannon and her team," adds LeBlanc. "This was our largest conference ever and all of the 2011 winners were buoyed up by the enthusiasm and accolades they received from their peers at the Gala. Once again, congratulations to all of our winners."
