We had a fantastic experience using PropertyGuys.com, and Tonya was great. It was a lot of working getting our home ready to sell, and we did a lot of learning by reading and consulting with other friends. But I loved doing the open houses - meeting new people and telling them what I love about living here. Open houses were not fun for Vera - she took the dog for a walk instead - so, selling your own home is not for everyone. Vera and I both really liked working out our deal with our buyers - our policy was to be open and honest and let the market decide. Saving money on commission was great, but I found the private sale process of removing the middle persons (have your Realtor call my Realtor) just to be so much more simple and straight forward
