I purchased my new home & sold my existing through Property Guys.com. I've sold many houses in the past, but have never had an easier time than this one. Had property listed with Realtors a year ago for $147,900, eventually reducing the price to 146,900. Both prices as suggested by realtors. Didn't

We both wanted to take a minute to say how grateful we are to you for making the sale of our home so straightforward and simple. Like many of our neighbours we did not realize just how easy the process could be, we have bought and sold many homes in the past and each time we felt somewhat “cheated” when we saw the many thousands of dollars we paid in real-estate commissions. For example, our last home in Carlisle sold for $610,000.00 we staged our home for the initial showings and the first couple through bought it, they were directed to our home not by mls but a neighbour! Mike has gone well above and beyond in servicing me in the sale of my home. I had been trying to sell my home with a few real estate agents for the past four years at high commission rates and was not getting the service or the results that I was looking for. I contacted Mike Shanks when I first learned of PropertyGuys.com to have him tell me what they could do for me. I had never sold a home privately before and was worried that I would not know what to do. Mike came over one evening and went over everything with me. He took the time to listen to my questions, and there were lots. He answered each and every one of them. As time went on I had more questions. It did not seem to matter whether I called at 9 p.m. on a Tuesday or 8 a.m. on a Sunday, either Mike or Yvette would take the time to answer my questions and help assure me when I wavered on my ability to sell my own home.
