The house was built in 1890, the walls are PLASTER except for the upstairs bathroom which was gutted and drywalled. When I first bought the house I wasn't a fan of the plaster. I now love it! The house is so quiet, and you can drive a sofa into a wall and not even dent it.
There is also a lack of closets. There is space to build them but that would be the new owners. I have the flooring and will leave that.
There are no ceiling lights in the living room, master bedroom, downstairs bedroom, and the small bedroom. I use remote switches which work fine.
