The laundry room is off the family room and has its own exit. Lots of cupboard space and a counter.

The kitchen (13x19) has ceramic floors and bleached maple cupboards.

The central vac has three outlets downstairs and two upstairs.

The basement is not partitioned, but has the gyproc on the walls. The floor and walls are painted.

Attached to the house is a two car garage with a steel fire door.



Outside there are a number of trees, golden weeping willows, pine trees, crab apple and a melba apple tree, cedars and maple trees. Lovely in the summer time.

The gazebo is screened in, the deck and patio are open.
