In addition to the main house there is a cute guest cottage along the bay and out of sight of the house with interior beams and woodwork reclaimed from a 200 year old Nova Scotia barn; a garden shed insulated with a double glazed window previously used as a painting studio; a large old Nova Scotian barn with first floor studio with propane stove and glass walls on the interior of the barn allowing one to appreciate the cathedral like post and beam structure;
a Quonset hut with its own well and electricity is divided into stalls with soft stall mattressing and a hay loft (previously used for Alpaca) with a number of acres of pasture fenced for animals with eight foot deer proof fence as the perimeter boundaries and solid wood 'silver' and black post and rail fencing on the interior boundary to the yard.

A stream meanders through the property along the pasture line, full of trout at the right time of year. The woodlot consisting of mixed forest (Maple, birch, oak , spruce, pine, poplar) has been select harvested by horse and has many different ecosystems within its areas including chanterel mushrooms and rare orchids.
